Straight answers
What access do you need to my repo?
Read-only. Prefer a GitHub collaborator invite with read access, or a zip export of the project (no node_modules). We never ask for your GitHub password, production API keys, or database passwords through the intake form. For paid fix work we open a branch and a pull request — you keep merge control. After delivery we remove collaborator access and delete the sandbox copy.
Is my code safe?
Your code is used only to diagnose and fix your ticket. It is not used to train models. Retention is short: clones are deleted after the job. An NDA is available on request. Prefer zip upload if you don’t want a public or shared repo.
What if you can’t fix it?
Diagnosis / Launch Check: non-refundable once the report is delivered (the work is complete). The fee is fully credited if you buy a Single Fix or Rescue Sprint within 14 days.
Single Fix: if we cannot reproduce the issue or cannot fix it within the agreed scope, you choose a full refund or a free scope rewrite.
If the honest answer is “rebuild,” the report says so with reasons — we won’t pressure-sell a sprint that won’t help.
Who actually does the work?
An agent drafts the diagnosis and proposed fix. A human reviews before anything is delivered to you for paid Fix and Sprint tiers. You are not stuck in another unsupervised chatbot loop.
Which tools and stacks do you support?
Apps built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Claude Code, and similar — typically React / Next.js / Vite with Supabase or Firebase, hosted on Vercel, Netlify, Railway, or Replit, often with Stripe. If your stack is outside that, say so in intake and we’ll tell you before you pay for a fix.
Do I need a call?
No. Async by default: form → payment (when wired) → report or PR by email. If something is unclear we’ll ask one clarifying question in writing.
